According to my friend Tara, the house she currently lives in is haunted by the spirit of the previous owner who was murdered in his sleep during a late night home invasion. Her evidence for this consists of random fluctuations in temperature, cold spots on the stairs to the basement, creaking floorboards in the middle of the night, and a blood soaked apparition that chases her around the house with an axe whenever she's alone.
One of the great benefits of atheism is the total and complete lack of fear when the supernatural is proposed. I know people whos legs quake with fear when they hear a bump in the night because they immediately attribute it to a spook or specter digging through their cutlery drawer. When I hear those noises, I roll over in bed, fart, and go back to sleep without the slightest concern about phantom's stealing my soup ladle, or floating around my living room.
The following is transcribed from a recording of an exorcism that recently took place in the living room of Henry and Margaret Hutton. Mrs. Hutton contacted me three days ago for help in exorcizing a demon that had taken possession of her husbands body.

A good friend of mine, whose name I cant remember, recently purchased a beautiful home for an amazing price. He told me the reason it was so inexpensive was because the family that had been living there previously, had died in the kitchen when a hand grenade the Mother was cleaning accidently went off. Luckily, the only damage caused by the explosion was a broken window and a bunch of dead bodies.
